This blog post is long overdue! Sarah is one of my dearest friends and I asked her if she and Drew could help me out with a little project. Of course being the sweetheart that she is, she said yes before even knowing what it was. Is that not a great friend or what??!! I explained to her that I wanted to do a shoot of “what to wear, what not to wear.”
So we got together one night and went through her closet while sipping on some wine like we usually do and had some fun picking things out! I wanted to show how great different colors can look together and how too much patterns can be distracting. We went to Chambers Bay in Tacoma to do the portrait session, which was a perfect place for the shoot!
Drew was a great trooper with all the outfit changes and different locations we used. He even brought some extra props that we hadn’t planned on like a hat and bow tie, and I’m so happy he did! They were a great addition to his outfits and added to the portraits… great thinking Drew!
Below are the some of the portraits from their session. I’m sure you can figure out which are the ones not to wear, haha! And if you want to see the post I did about “what to wear, what not to wear” click here!
Sarah and Drew, thank you so much for your help, I truly appreciate it!! You did great and looked fabulous!
…having a little fun!
Loved the color combination Sarah and Drew wore in these next outfits!
